By using Gettable ("the Service") you agree to these terms.
The service
Gettable is a personal knowledge management application. There is a free tier, and there are paid plans (Pro and Pro+) that unlock additional features. You can use the free tier for as long as you like.
Plans, billing and cancellation
- Trial: paid plans start with a 30-day free trial. We do not ask for a card to begin the trial. If you do not subscribe by the end of it, your account simply returns to the free tier. Nothing is charged automatically at the end of a trial.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. When you subscribe, you are charged the plan price shown at checkout, and you will be charged again each billing period (monthly or yearly, whichever you chose) until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout in the currency listed there.
- Cancelling: you can cancel at any time from My account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges. Your paid features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then returns to the free tier.
- Refunds: if you are unhappy with a paid plan, email us within 30 days of a charge and we will refund it. Beyond that we do not offer refunds for partial periods, but you can always cancel to stop future charges.
- Price changes: we will tell you by email at least 30 days before any price change affecting your subscription. You can cancel before it takes effect.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.
- If you stop paying, your account returns to the free tier. We do not delete your content because a subscription lapsed, though features above the free tier become unavailable until you resubscribe.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and Google account secure.
- One person per account. You may not share your account credentials.
Your content
- You retain ownership of everything you upload or save.
- By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content to you and to operate the Service.
- You agree not to use the Service to host unlawful content, malware, or content that infringes others' rights.
Availability
We aim for the Service to be available 24/7 but provide no uptime guarantee. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or in response to abuse.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for loss of data, so please back up anything you can't afford to lose. You can export your hub at any time from My account.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service. You can delete your account and all its data yourself, immediately, from My account. If you ask us to do it instead, we will action it within 30 days. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription automatically, so you will not be charged again. If we cannot cancel it for any reason, we will stop and tell you rather than delete your account while billing is still running.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
